Cancellations & Returns


Cancellations:

For in-stock or open preorder items, we can offer you a refund to your original form of payment. There is a 20% restocking fee for any canceled orders.

 

Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, we do not accept returns. Due to the personal nature of cloth diapering, we can only accept returns on items that are in their original packaging(if applicable), unwashed, and unused. We cannot accept returns from smoking homes.

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Once the returned items are received by us, and inspected to be sure they are new and unwashed, we can offer you a refund on your original form of payment. There is a 20% restocking fee, and you will only be refunded for the cost of your item, not the shipping.

 

Lost/Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for stolen packages or for packages lost in transit. We highly recommend purchasing the Route Insurance we offer so that you'll be able to file a claim in the event something happens to your package.

 

Address Changes:

If you need to update your address, please email us at SunnyBumsCloth@gmail.com or message our business page with your order number(s), and your new address. We cannot change an address after your label has been printed.

 

Defects & Warranty:

We provide a product warranty for 14 days from the date you receive your item. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects such as: stitching, seams, elastic, snaps, or damaged PUL. In the event of a defect, send us an email at SunnyBumsCloth@gmail.com or message our business page. Please include photos of the defects in your correspondence.

 

Our warranty does not cover: Leaks, repelling, staining, fading, fit issues, odor, or excessive wear and tear. We offer a 30 day warranty on elastics.

Warranties will be assessed on a case by case basis.
